All Hallows’ Eve at the World Famous Grizzly Rose on Thursday brought out all sorts of scary ghosts, zombies, killer boo bees, a wookie, hunters & deer, spooky clowns, the cast of Alladin, and The Beatles! (For the first set anyway.)
The Grizzly Rose Halloween party Featured Nathan Dean & The Damn Band. Headed up by Nathan Dean on vocals and guitar, Kody Raine on guitar and vocals, Nick Miranda III on bass and vocals, and Bill Bogan on drums and vocals, the band mixed in solid country hits and Red Dirt music with an abundance of original tunes, that included songs off their current release Citizen of the Universe.

Nathan Dean and the Damn Band started their set with a rocking rendition of Chattahoochee and God Bless Texas before turning to their original Son of a Gun. They continued the party with honky-tonk approved anthems such as Drink In My Hand, Pickup Man, Calling Baton Rouge, Constantly, and ND&TDB original, That’s My Kind of Party. They also had the crowd singing along to the fitting finale of the first set, Hey Jude.
Nathan Dean and the Damn Band continued the night by mixing in Red Dirt music with Oklahoma Breakdown, newer country such as Make Me Wanna, 90’s country with Guitars, Cadillacs, and Fast As You, and country classics, like Copperhead Road.
Nathan Dean & The Damn will be playing the Grizzly Rose tonight and will be opening for Lee Brice on Saturday and Sunday night. ND&TDB will also be playing the venue all next week and will open for The Cadillac Three at The Grizzly Rose on Nov. 8.
