Nashville rockers The Delta Saints have premiered their new album Monte Vista today via Paste – PRESS HERE to listen. The album will be available across all DSPs on Friday, April 28th, and is available for pre-order now via Pledge Music. Produced by Eddie Spear (Jack White, Arctic Monkeys, Neil Young), Monte Vista is an album that turns up the dial on The Delta Saints’ raw and visceral rock ‘n’ roll, while finding psychedelic flares, undeniable hooks, fuzzed-out guitar riffs and arresting drum patterns front and center alongside their signature Bayou-blues undertones.
PRESS HERE to listen to lead single “California,” an anthem for throwing caution to the wind, skipping town and setting out to find something more that perfectly embodies the restless coming-of-age spirit of Monte Vista. Ahead of today’s album premiere, the band also unveiled “Are You“ (PRESS HERE) as well as “Space Man,” a special song written as a tribute to David Bowie, via Live for Live Music (PRESS HERE). Monte Vista was recorded in just six days at the legendary Sound Emporium in Nashville. A palpable energy can be felt on tracks like “Sun God,” which blazes with bright bombast, and “In Your Head,” a swaggering tune accented with pops of playful, drowsy synths, and an adrenaline-spiked chorus.
