Casey Donahew returned to The World-Famous Grizzly Rose on Saturday night, partying with the cowboys and cowgirls in Denver. Donahew filled the venue with Texas Country songs, starting the show with Kiss Me.
Donahew had the pumped-up crowd singing along to all of his songs, which included 12 Gauge, Bad Guy, and White Trash Story. Find the full setlist below. Supporting Donahew on stage were Clayton Bankston on fiddle and piano, David Casey on guitar, Chris Flores on bass, and Brandon Price on drums.
Running with no setlist, Nathan Dean & The Damn Band played a sultry mix of their drinking songs and good old Red Dirt. NDATDB started with their own song, Son of a Gun, then Long Hot Summer Day, Wondering Why, and Oklahoma Breakdown, before another original tune, That’s My Kind of Bar.
They kept the party going with originals, Cheap Liquor and One More Bender, adding in more solid covers of Run Wild Horses, Buy Myself a Chance, Nobody’s Girl, Diamond in My Pocket, Pearl Snap Shirts, Feathered Indians, 17, and The Road Goes on Forever.
Arizona’s Desert Country Music’s Best Male Vocalist, Nathan Dean, on guitar and vocals, was supported by Wild Bill Bogan on drums and backing vocals, Ty Thompson on guitar and vocals, and Chris Duke on bass.
