To celebrate the last Friday the 13th of 2018, GRAMMY-nominated, multi-platinum alt-pop band, Plain White T’s, have released the official video for their latest track Bonne I Want  You,”

which pays tribute to the 1980’s golden age of horror films. The scene is set in a retro arcade featuring vocalist Tom Higgenson in his blood red Thriller-esque jacket alongside Bonnie – “The Girl Of Your Screams,” who plays a supernatural force to be reckoned with (and in this case, a maneater). PRESS HERE to catch a grittier glimpse of the beloved band.

“Bonnie I Want You” is one of two recently released tracks from the Plain White T’s forthcoming anticipated eighth studio album, Parallel Universe (produced by Matt Squire [Ariana Grande, Panic! At The Disco)]. The new album is out August 24th and follows their 2015 independent release American Nights, marking their return to Fearless Records after 13 years. The band’s endlessly hummable signature melodies still shine at the center of this galaxy, but their Universe morphed into an otherworldly atmosphere of ethereal electronic pop strengthened by lush guitar tones and synth transmissions. In conjunction with the album announcement last month, the band also released their lead single “Your Body.”

Parallel Universe
is available for pre-order now at all DSPs and each pre-order will include an instant download of “Bonnie I Want You” and lead single “Your Body” – PRESS HERE.Deluxe limited edition album bundles are available at the official Plain White T’s webstore HERE, including a glow in the dark vinyl, an oxford felt pennant and exclusive apparel that includes t-shirts, socks and enamel pins. ABOUT PLAIN WHITE T’s:

Since emerging in 1997, the GRAMMY® Award-nominated multiplatinum Chicago quintet-Tom Higgenson [vocals], Tim Lopez [lead guitar, vocals], Dave Tirio [rhythm guitar], Mike Retondo [bass], and De’Mar Hamilton [drums]-has amassed an enduring, engaging, and enigmatic catalog, spanning two gold-certified offerings All That We Needed (2005) and Every Second Counts (2006) and unshakable anthems such as the double-platinum “1,2,3,4” and platinum “Rhythm of Love.” Among the discography, “Hey There Delilah” went quadruple-platinum, topped the Billboard Hot 100, and earned a pair of 2008 GRAMMY® Award nominations in the categories of “Song of the Year” and “Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal.” Along the way, the five-piece logged countless miles on the road in front of sold out crowds in nearly every corner of the globe. After a whirlwind tour cycle supporting 2015’s American Nights, the guys hunkered down and began writing the ideas that would eventually comprise Parallel Universe, slated for an August 2018 release. The band’s endlessly hummable signature melodies still shine at the center of this galaxy, but their Universe morphed into an otherworldly atmosphere of ethereal electronic pop strengthened by lush guitar tones and synth transmissions.
