SLAMABAMA started the party with a mix of current country covers, older classic songs, and songs of their own, including their new memorial song, Water Tower about fallen Police Officers and First Responders. See the SLAMABAMA Live Water Tower video here.

SLAMABAMA knows how to have a good time and they are very good at what they do. They have written and performed all over the United States and Denver is lucky to have them swing through a few times a year. They are in the middle of a two week stay and will be performing at the Grizzly Rose until May 21. Go see them!

Texas Great Roger Creager head-lined the show on Friday night in Denver. He and his band had a party on stage, showing their musical abilities and surprising listeners with the percussionist throwing on a wash board and keep the beat and Creager playing the trumpet at one point.

Creager cruised through his classic songs about Mexico and having fun. Songs included Cowboys and Sailors, I Got The Guns, Rancho Grande, Gulf Coast Time, Fun All Wrong among others. Final songs included the ever-popular Everclear song and another recognizable tune, Love. Creager had people dancing and singing along all night.
