“The gooey tune [High Times for Low Lives] also operates as a mission statement for the rest of the album, which chronicles the band’s peaks and valleys from the past couple years. – Entertainment Weekly

“…these guys find a way to make unrequited love something to shake your booty to.” – Consequence of Sound

Australian, indie rock band, The Griswolds are thrilled to unveil their remix of their hit single, “Out of My Head.” The remix was created by LA based duo, Tastytreat who has been featured on Diplo & Friends, BBC Radio 1, Guest Mix for Borgore’s Sirius Show, Rinse FM, just to name a few.

Tastytreat says, “Working on this remix was one of the funniest experiences we’ve had in studio. We have never really worked with indie rock music, but we both have always been inspired by tunes like Out of My Head. Turning a rock pop tune into a dance-y record seemed like a challenge, but it just flowed right out into what we think is a groovy take on the original.”

The original track, “Out of My Head” is off the Griswolds, sophomore album, High Times For Low Lives. The album is out now and currently available at iTunes, Amazon and Spotify.  “Out of My Head” has quickly amassed over 1 million streams and the guys have always been releasing remixes of their songs from the beginning of their careers. They have featured producers like Win and Woo, Autograf and Nghtmre, just to name a few.
