David Nail, originally from Kennett, Missouri, and currently out of Nashville, Tennessee, kicked off his Story to Tell Tour at the Grizzly Rose on Friday night. Along with his band, The Well Ravens, Nail shared music that has spanned his musical career including songs such as Red Light, Kiss You Tonight, Night’s on Fire, and Let It Rain. He also included his latest singles, Sunset Carousel and Wherever You Are Tonight. Find the full setlist in the photos below.

The Well Ravens had Reed Pittman on keys, Matthew Iceman on drums, Peter Ferguson on guitar, and Caleb Mundy on bass.

The rest of the tour will feature a special guest, country up-and-comer, Tyler Braden. Kyle Dills from Rock Hills, South Carolina, started of the night with Country mix that all of the gathering fans could enjoy. Supported by Robert James on drums, Scott Gardner on bass, Josh Edwards on guitar, and Greg Wilson on guitar, Dills performed energetic covers of How Country Feels, Wagon Wheel, Whiskey Glasses, Heartache on the Dancefloor, She’s Country, Save a Horse Ride a Cowboy. Dills also had the crowd singing along to 90’s super hits like Should’ve Been a Cowboy, Dust on the Bottle, Boot Scootin’ Boogie, I Like It I Love It, and Friends in Low Places. The sing-along continued with Wagon Wheel and Folsom Prison Blues, and the line dancers all fell into place with Copperhead Road. Dills also added original tunes Honky Tonk ’til It Hurts and Can’t Catch a Fish to round out the set. Dills and his band will be returning to the Grizzly Rose in February 2023.
