From Abilene, TX, Aaron Watson returned to road after a brief hiatus needed for vocal rest and pulled into The Grizzly Rose on Friday night. Singing songs about cowboys, trucks, and good times, Watson was supported by Sterling Masat on banjo, Damien Green on fiddle, Byrce Clark on guitar, Jondan McBride on guitar, his son Jake Watson on guitar, and Nate Coon on drums.

Cam Wheaton and his band from Trenton, FL, kicked the night off with a rocking set to get the early birds movin’ and groovin’ with songs such as 3006, Young Love, Long Gone, Old Freight Trains, and solid covers of Stay a Little Longer, Amos Moses, and Whipping Post.
The Cam Wheaton Band had Cam Wheaton on guitar and vocals, Trevon White on guitar, Logan Fischer on drums, Sawyer Swihard on slide guitar, and Josh Winter on bass.
