
Josh Ward, out of Montgomery, TX, returned to the World Famous Grizzly Rose on Friday night. Featuring songs from his January release, Same Ol’ Cowboy, Different Rodeo, Ward captivated listeners with Better on a Barstool, There’s a Drink for That, Reasons, Dancin’ With The Devil, Same Ol’ Cowboy-Different Rodeo, Honky Tonk Time, Beer Joint Down, and Ain’t Got to Me Yet.
Other tunes included Lonely, All About Lovin’, and Whiskey & Whitley. Ward kept the classic country sounds going with a brilliant cover of Keith Whitley’s Miami My Amy. Find the full setlist in the pics below.

Krista Lynn Meadow, out of Murfreesboro, TN, brought her country sounds for the opening set. Supported on stage by Brandon Blackburn on guitar, Eli Simon on drums, and Jared Crider on bass, Meadow warmed up the early arrivers with a mix of cover and original tunes. Meadow showed she was Here For the Party, as she put her voice front and center, engaging the audience with great stage interaction. Adding in originals such as Lie In It, Walk That Line, Nothing But the Worst, No Headlights, and Kill a Memory, Meadow made new fans in Denver.
Other quality covers included Man I Feel Like a Woman, Good Girl, Gunpowder and Lace, and Life is a Highway.
