Restless Road, the freshly nominated for New Duo or Group at the ACM-Academy of Country Music Awards, tore up the stage at The Grizzly Rose on Friday night.

Featuring Zach Beenken, Colton Pack, and Garrett Nichols, Restless Road also had Matt Davidson on guitar and Cody Hawkings on drums.  Restless Road played a heaping helping of songs from Last Rodeo and included the title track Last Rodeo, Head Over Heels, Sundown Somewhere, Tell Me Not To, 10 Things, Go Get Her, Bar Friends, I Don’t Wanna Be That Guy, No Can Do, and Grow Old With You. Kelsey Hart from Kentucky, and currently on the road with Restless Road, played a set of country songs that included Burn My Summer, 4 x 4, Crazy ’bout You, Life With You, and Country in Business. He also played solid covers of Shoulda Been a Cowboy, Pickup Man, and Ole Red.

In support, Hart had Andrew Solomito on guitar and Josh Kean on drums.

From Fargo, ND, and originally out of Birmingham, AL, Slamabama opened the night by putting their southern style on solid country covers, including Brand New Man, Meet in the Middle, You Look Like You Love Me, It’s a Great Day to be Alive, Springsteen, Country Roads, and also included their original song, My Front Door Faces South.
