† Festival Appearance

Larkin Poe was selected as the March US ambassador for Spotify’s Equal campaign, and featured on a billboard in Times Square during the month of March. “EQUAL is a global Spotify program that supports women music through education, inspiration and networking opportunities, showing our commitment to women’s equity past the month of March.

“History isn’t quick to point it out, but Rock ‘n’ Roll has been underpinned by a strong, matrilineal root that has been growing deep for generations, abiding. And now, more than ever, that root is coming to bloom. As female songwriters, producers, instrumentalists, and record label owners — we are proud to be standing on the shoulders of the strong women who have come before, and to be a part of the empowered chorus that is climbing to sing from the rooftops. When we won a Grammy for Best Contemporary Blues Album in 2024, for the first time ever, that category was represented by a female majority of talent. This is just a taste of what’s coming. In the prophetic words of Shania Twain, ‘let’s go girls.’” – LARKIN POE

Additionally, earlier this year Larkin Poe performed at “Ringo & Friends at the Ryman” – Ringo Starr’s country concert special celebrating his legacy that aired on CBS & streams on Paramount+ in the US. Larkin Poe also performed on 2 songs on Ringo’s recent country album Look Up.

Larkin Poe, the dynamic sister duo known for their electrifying blend of Southern rock, blues, and Americana, emerges once again onto the musical landscape with their latest album, Bloom. Following their Grammy-winning success with Blood Harmony in 2024, the duo has ventured deeper into their musical journey, crafting a collection of songs that resonate with introspection, authenticity, and a profound connection to their roots in American music. The album Bloom marks a significant evolution in Larkin Poe’s creative journey.

All the songs were born from collaborations between Megan, Rebecca, and co-producer Tyler Bryant, reflecting a synergy that extends beyond mere musical partnership. As Rebecca observes, Bloom is about finding oneself amidst the noise of the world, about wholeheartedly embracing the flaws and idiosyncrasies that make us real.” This theme of self-acceptance is central to the album’s narrative: celebrating individuality against a backdrop of contemporary blues and rock influence.
