The Bellamy Brothers returned to The Grizzly Rose on Friday night, bringing with them their extended playlist from the past 45 years. Redneck Girls, Dancin’ Cowboys, Kids of the Baby Boom, and Old Hippies filled the historic venue to hear the Classic Country sounds of the legendary duo. Charting 20 number-one singles since the 1970s, the Bellamy Brothers brought their hits and good times to the stage.

The Bellamy Brothers, from the sunshine state, let their love flow through songs such as Feelin’ the Feelin’, Sugar Daddy, Do You Love as Good as You Look, When I’m Away From You, Lovers Live Longer, Rip Off the Knob, Crazy From the Heart, Lie to You, More of You, and If I Said You Had a Beautiful Body.

Howard and David Bellamy were supported by Randy Hebert on lead guitar, Randy Hall on bass, David Parks on drums, Jim Heap on steel guitar, Gaylen Butler on keys, and backup singer Stephanie Hall.

Lendon James and his band out of Loveland, Colorado, started the show with a little something for everyone with cowboy music, honky tonk sounds, and 90’s country.

James started the set with That Girl, and kept the party going with Fireman, Guitars & Cadillacs, and performed 90’s anthems such as Right Where I Need to Be, Seminole Wind, Brand New Man, Little Sister, and Much Too Young. James rocked the stage with Keep Your Hands to Yourself and Chancey Williams’ The World Needs More Cowboys. James the band also performed 8-Second Ride, with a Metallica intro. James also slipped in an original tune, Crazy. James ended his set with a rocking rendition of Fast as You. James was supported by Ben Sand on bass, Cory Linn on guitar, Curt Adams on fiddle, and Rob L. on drums.
