About Bay Ledges:
Zach Hurd started Bay Ledges in his bedroom after moving to Los Angeles from Brunswick, Maine in 2015 to make fun, creative sounds with no expectations. The project took off when Hurd’s 2016 single, “Safe,” jumped to the number three spot on Spotify’s Global Viral Chart. His long-awaited 2022 full-length debut, Ritual— written, produced, and mixed entirely by visionary Zach Hurd— explores transience, nostalgia, and his own meditative relationship to music and art. Bay Ledges has toured all over the US and Canada, sharing the stage with such acts as Yoke Lore, The Palms, and Magic City Hippies, and just came off a sold-out tour with Big Wild and Trevor Hall playing at venues like Red Rocks and The Greek Theater.
