Los Angeles-based rock band Dorothy have announced additional headlining summer tour dates, with special guests alt-band Charming Liars, for the continuation of the Freedom Tour 2018. Last week they announced a string of dates with Greta Van Fleet, following their recent 11 sold out performances. Tickets are on sale now and available at http://dorothytheband.com/. With already 35+ dates on the tour completed, Dorothy is now heading out to the often left out, yet still passionate rock ‘n roll cities. The band can also be seen dominating some of this summer’s biggest festivals, including Summerfest, Arroyo Seco Weekend, Lollapalooza, Pain In The Grass and Voodoo Festival. Dorothy also plays with the legendary Joan Jett in Cedar Rapids, IA on August 8.

Dorothy was built around Dorothy Martin, a singer who was born in Budapest but raised in San Diego. As a child, she started singing early and eventually made her way to Los Angeles. Rolling Stone named Dorothy one of the best 50 Best New Artists of 2014 and soon after, Jay-Z’s Roc Nation signed Dorothy. Martin recently put together a new, high level, and powerful band including guitarist Owen Barry, guitarist Leroy Wulfmeier, bassist Eliot Lorango, and drummer Jason Ganberg. The band is managed by We Are Hear and represented by Roc Nation.
