Today, future funk collective Lettuce have announced their Fall 2018 Wavelength Tour.
The headlining trek will kick off on September 20 in Berkeley, California and bring their soulful groove and sonic hijinks to major cities across the country. The announcement of the tour comes hot on the heels of a massive start to 2018. Lettuce hit the road on their Beyond the Clouds 2018 headline tour, in support of their latest album, Witches Stew. Witches Stew is the band’s contemporary jazz fusion tribute to Miles Davis; an interpretive take on the historically experimental and lauded Bitches Brew era. PRESS HERE to listen.
The band just headlined their epic 3rd Annual Rage Rocks at the historic Red Rocks Amphitheatre with co-headliners The Floozies. This summer Lettuce will be performing a very special 5-night residency at Blue Note in New York City, allowing fans the chance to get up-close-and-personal with the band’s psychedelic sonics, blissful grooves, jazz rhythms and hip-hop inspired beats.Set for June 27 through July 1, these intimate shows will feature 2 sets every night (8pm & 10:30pm), with 3 sets planned for June 29 and 30 (8pm, 10:30pm & 12:30pm). The band will also be appearing at a slew of summer festivals, including Summer Camp, Candler Park, High Sierra, Lockn and more. Full routing below.
