With a highly hypnotic guitar line, the track builds into a catchy rocker. Singer Josh LeMay really lets loose vocally during the chorus of the song, while the verses are sure to keep your foot tapping along. – Loudwire

“Citizen Zero are the latest band to emerge from Detroit Rock City and with a heavy hand. The quartet has generated some buzz for their no-frills brand of heavy rock, and with good reason. The band pulls no punches as they penetrate your headphones and speakers without mercy.” – Pure Volume

Detroit rockers, Citizen Zero are thrilled to unveil the live music video for their latest single, “Lure and Persuade.” CLICK HERE to watch. “Lure and Persuade” Is the second single off their debut album, State of Mind.  The album is out now and currently available at iTunes, Amazon and Spotify. The powerful, energetic single is currently charting at number #37 on Active Rock Radio after 3 weeks and climbing with spins on WWMR Philly and WRIF Detroit to name a few.

The lead singer Josh LaMay says: “Around the time this song was written, I was searching for something.  I spent a lot of time looking for it in all the wrong places, doing all the wrong things with the wrong person.  I altered everything about myself to fit someone else’s version of me.  Born from that bullshit…we give you ‘Lure and Persuade.’”

Citizen Zero started their radio success with their first single “Go (Let Me Save You)” that ended up charting at #15 on Active Rock Radio.

In support of their album, Citizen Zero is currently on tour as direct support for Amaranthe. Then starting May 25th the band will be hitting the road with Black Stone Cherry and are set to perform on all the major rock festivals, including Carolina Rebellion, Northern Invasion and Rock Fest. See all tour dates below.

Citizen Zero, are Josh LeMay (Vocals/Guitar), Sammy Boller (Guitar), Sam Collins (Bassist), and John Dudley (drums). They represent the faceless citizen. It’s the everyday person who is no better than anyone else. All their songs they are written about the experiences they have faced as a band. The Detroit rock outfit deliver arena-size anthems fueled by intricate musicianship on their debut album, State of Mind. Striking a balance between edgy grunge attitude a la Stone Temple Pilots and bluesy alternative expanse reminiscent of Kings of Leon, their knack for a hook immediately is resonating with a growing national fan base.
